Abstract

Purpose: º» ¿¬±¸´Â ±¹³» °£È£»çÀÇ º¸¼ö±³À°¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀνÄ, ¸¸Á·µµ ¹× ¿ä±¸µµ¸¦ Á¶»çÇÏ¿© º¸¼ö±³À° ¹ßÀüÀÇ ±âÃÊÀڷḦ Á¦°øÇÏ°íÀÚ ½ÃµµÇÏ¿´´Ù.

Methods: ´ëÇÑ°£È£Çùȸ 10°³ »êÇÏ´Üü ȸ¿ø¼ö 110,601¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ºñºñ·ÊÇÒ´çÇ¥Áý¹æ¹ýÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÃÑ 1,106¸íÀ» ¼±Á¤, ¿Â¶óÀÎ ¼³¹®Á¶»ç¸¦ ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç ÃÖÁ¾ 873¸íÀÌ Âü¿©ÇÏ¿´´Ù. 2015³â 2¿ù 2ÀϺÎÅÍ 27ÀϱîÁö ÀڷḦ ¼öÁýÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç ¼öÁýµÈ ÀÚ·á´Â ±â¼úÅë°è, t-test, One-way ANOVA, »çÈÄ°ËÁ¤Àº Scheffe test·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

Results: º¸¼ö±³À°¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀνÄÀº 1Á¡ ¸¸Á¡¿¡ Æò±Õ 0.69Á¡À̾ú°í º¸¼ö±³À°¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¸¸Á·µµ´Â 5Á¡ ¸¸Á¡¿¡ 3.66Á¡, º¸¼ö±³À°¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¿ä±¸µµ´Â 6Á¡ ¸¸Á¡¿¡ 4.33Á¡À̾ú´Ù. º¸¼ö±³À° ÀνÄ, ¸¸Á·µµ ¹× ¿ä±¸µµ´Â ¿¬·É, °áÈ¥, ±³À°, ±Ù¹«Áö¿ª, ±Ù¹«ÇüÅÂ, ÀÓ»ó°æ·Â¿¡ µû¶ó Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ÀÖ¾úÀ¸¸ç, Àνİú ¸¸Á·µµ´Â ±Ù¹«±â°ü°ú ¼Ò¼Ó±â°ü¿¡ µû¸¥ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ´õ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.

Conclusion: °£È£»ç º¸¼ö±³À°ÀÇ ¹ßÀüÀ» À§ÇØ º¸¼ö±³À°À» À§ÇÑ ÅëÇÕÀûÀÎ Á¤º¸½Ã½ºÅÛ ±¸Ãà°ú °æ·Â°³¹ßÀ» À§ÇÑ ´Ù¾çÇÑ ±³À°ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÇ °³¹ßÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÔÀ» ¾Ë ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate perception, satisfaction and needs for continuing education fornurses in Korea.

Methods: Participants were selected 1,106 using disproportional stratified sampling for the 110,601members of the 10 affiliated organizations of the Korean Nurses Association and 873 nurses participated in the onlinesurvey. Data were collected from February 2 to 27, 2015, and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. Descriptivestatistics, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe? test were conducted.

Results: The perception ofcontinuing education averaged 0.69 on a scale of 1, satisfaction with continuing education was 3.66 out of 5, andneed for continuing education was 4.33 out of 6. Perception, satisfaction and needs for continuing education showedsignificant differences depending on age, marriage, education, work department, type of work and clinical career,while perception and satisfaction differed more among type of institution and the affiliated groups.
Conclusion: Forthe development of continuing education for nurses, it is necessary to establish an integrated information systemfor nurse continuing education and to develop various education programs for career development.
